Prices and Payment
All prices are in UK Pounds, Sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. A standard delivery charge rate is included in your order.
We accept payment by most major credit, debit cards and PayPal. We will collect payment when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will give you a full refund.
PayPal, Credit & Debit Card payments are collected using the services of SagePay. Most major Banks and financial institutions recommend SagePay as a SECURE payment provider for Internet Trading. You can view SagePay Terms and Conditions of use at their Payment Gateway on our website.
Purchasing
Hatchbag Bootliners & Pet Mats ordered through our on-line shop are made to order products and are not carried or sold from stock. We AIM to complete manufacture of orders within 10 to 15 working days.
At the time of ordering you must ensure that you have selected your correct Make & Vehicle Model, follow the instructions on each page to guide you through your purchase.
Our patterns are taken from factory standard vehicles so please ensure that you notify us at the time of placing your order if you have made any alterations to your vehicle, such as the addition of CD changer, oversize or Non-standard spare wheel etc.
When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming the details and receipt of your order.
You agree that once you have placed your order, and provided that it is accepted, we may begin work on it immediately, it is therefore important that you take care that the information that you supply us with are correct. In certain limited circumstances, we may be able to accept adjustments to your order, please note however that any variation from the standard will lead to change in the quoted price.
Our online shop has been designed to be very simple and easy to use. However should you encounter any difficulty, then please contact us directly by email sales@hatchbag.co.uk or phone 0800 169 2464 before you enter your credit or debit card details and thereby place your order.

Product Guarantees
Our products are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for 1-year. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Our guarantee does not cover damage by destructive dogs or misuse.
Delivery & Delivery Costs
Packing & Delivery costs are shown at a standard delivery rate for UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. For locations outside the UK you can select your country from the list on the Order Page. If your country is NOT listed then please contact us for a delivery quotation.
Our favoured option for both UK and International Deliveries is by FedEx, we may however change our carrier at certain times due to product or market changes. For orders that weigh less than 2.0 Kg we may use Royal Mail/Parcel Force.
Should there be any change to the quoted delivery cost then we will contact you by phone or email prior to starting the manufacture of your order to agree delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we AIM to manufacture within 10 working days. UK mainland deliveries will be NEXT working day, however Highlands and Islands may take 2 working days. International Deliveries will vary depending on destination.
As soon as we dispatch your order we will send you a Dispatch Email that will include the carriers DISPATCH REFERENCE number along with a link to their website (where available) so that you can track delivery.
Cancellation - Refunds
Our products are of the highest quality however under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and have a refund for any cancelled items provided that you return the goods to us in perfect condition. You must send us a notice of cancellation in writing which may be sent to us by email or fax. The effective date of cancellation for the purposes of the Distance Selling Regulations is the date on which the notice is sent. A telephone call alone will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items however this will be refunded to you where items are faulty or there has been an error on the part of BMB Hatchbag. Where delivery has been made by our carrier we can arrange for them to collect the goods for return. Return deliveries will be charged at our standard rate. In the case of faulty goods we will reimburse you for delivery up to the equivalent of our OWN charges. Please ensure that you retain proof of postage where you have made your own arrangements.
The above will apply to your order unless it has been personalised to your own specification OR you have placed an order for the INCORRECT Vehicle. We will only make a full refund for cancellation of a personalised order due to manufacture or design fault.
In the case of personalised items, please inspect the goods on delivery and inform us immediately of any suspected fault or discrepancy. We will be happy to discuss any suspected fault or error on our part and if agreed we shall provide you with your choice of, full refund, agreed alterations or exchange.
Supply of Goods outside the UK
Items delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes levied on entry to the Country requested. We have no knowledge or control over these charges. It is your responsibility to establish the charges applicable with the Customs Authorities concerned and any charges must be borne by you.
All our quoted prices include UK VAT, if you are registered for the equivalent EU VAT then provided that you can supply us with your equivalent EU VAT registration number at the time of order then we will supply our products EX-VAT.
Delivery Costs do include VAT which cannot be reclaimed or deducted by Hatchbag.
Where possible we aim to keep delivery to a minimum, you may if you wish arrange for collection of goods from our factory:-

As a guide for assessing shipping costs a Standard Bootliner will weigh approximately 2.5 Kg and will be packed into a Standard Courier Bag measuring 45cm x 45cm x 10cm. If you include a HatchBag mat or additional items then the weight and size of package will vary. Please email should you require any assistance with alternative shipping outside the UK.
PLEASE NOTE that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless there is an agreed error on our part.
Guide Dogs for the Blind – BMB Hatchbag have a Commercial Participator Agreement with The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association ("Trading Company") Limited whose registered office is at Hillfields, Burghfield Common, Reading, RG7 3YG (company registration number 1596945) and The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association whose registered office is at Hillfields, Burghfield Common, Reading RG7 3YG (company registration number 291646) (registered charity number 209617 – England & Wales and SC038979 – Scotland) ("Guide Dogs").
In support of The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (Guide Dogs) BMB Hatchbag will donate £5.00 plus VAT from every Website Sale (www.hatchbag.co.uk) of an Original Hatchbag Bootliner. BMB Hatchbag will make the same donation on all Telephone Sales where the customer mentions "Guide Dogs". All donations are made through The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (Trading Company) Limited.
The donation from BMB Hatchbag to Guide Dogs does not apply to trade customer sales. There is no alternative cash reduction or discount to customers who do not wish to participate in this promotion, however customers can elect to "opt out" of The Guide Dogs donation by emailing sales@hatchbag.co.uk or calling 0800 169 2464 and quoting "Opt out of Guide Dogs" along with their order reference number.
The cost of donations to Guide Dogs is funded from BMB Hatchbag annual marketing budget.
