FAQ
What is a Hatchbag boot liner and why do I need one?
A Hatchbag boot liner is a custom-fit protector for your boot, designed to stop scratches, stains, and pet mess from damaging your car's interior. If you want to keep your boot spotless, it's the ideal solution.
Does a Hatchbag boot liner give full coverage in my VOLKSWAGEN ID.BUZZ?
Yes, it's designed for complete coverage. Every Hatchbag boot liner is bespoke to your VOLKSWAGEN ID.BUZZ, protecting every inch of your boot from spills, scratches, and dirt.
Can I use a Hatchbag boot liner if I regularly travel with my dog?
Of course! A Hatchbag boot liner is built to handle pets, offering durable protection against mud, scratches, and smells. Optional extras like a Hatchbed or odour-control mat make it even more pet-friendly.
How should I care for my Hatchbag boot liner?
Caring for your Hatchbag boot liner is easy. Just wipe away dirt, spills, and pet mess using a sponge or damp cloth. The PVC surface is designed to be low-maintenance and odour-resistant.
How can I customise my Hatchbag boot liner setup?
Customise your boot protection with bespoke add-ons like a bumper flap, rear seat flap, Hatchbag car mat, liner extension, odour-control mat, and tailgate cover. Each of these made to fit your VOLKSWAGEN ID.BUZZ.
Can I keep the liner in place and still fold my seats flat?
Yes. The liner's custom-fit design and split-seat configurations let you fold the seats flat without removing the Hatchbag boot liner.
Can I use a Hatchbag boot liner to protect against spills?
Yes! Because it's made from high-quality PVC, a Hatchbag boot liner won't absorb liquids, so it's perfect for carrying drinks, sports gear, wet pets, or gardening tools.
When should I expect my Hatchbag boot liner after purchase?
You can typically expect your made-to-order Hatchbag boot liner within 5 working days if you're on the UK mainland. Scottish Highlands deliveries may take longer.
Do you post Hatchbag boot liners internationally?
Yes, we do. We offer global shipping for Hatchbag boot liners, and all charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Can I pick a Hatchbag boot liner colour that suits my personality?
Absolutely. Hatchbag boot liners are available in seven stylish colours: black, grey, brown, blue, red, orange, and pink, so you can pick one that reflects you.
How do I keep a Hatchbag boot liner from slipping out of place?
The supplied fitting kit uses Velcro strips and adhesive tabs to keep the liner securely positioned while still allowing you to remove it without hassle.
Why not just buy a universal boot liner instead of a Hatchbag?
Universal covers are designed to fit "most" cars, but a Hatchbag boot liner is tailor-made for yours. That means a cleaner appearance, stronger protection, and better overall performance.
